In Kolkata things are slowly changing since the passing of Mother Theresa who was very instrumental in assisting the poor in Kolkata (former known as Calcutta). Hurricane Katrina swept through the Gulf Coast states causing lost of life and enormous property damage. Despite the lost people experienced in the New Orleans area, some people continued to praise God and thank Him for what they had left.
